Limited Warranty Certificate

There are no other warranties except those written warranties provided by Crewes Power Motor Sports As follows:

Crewes Power Motor Sports warrants all drive trains on vehicles imported/distributed by Crewes Power Motor Sports For a period of 6 months with the exception of the conditions shown under "What is not covered".

All components other than drive trains of the said vehicles will be warranted for a period of 90 days with the exception of the conditions shown under "What is not covered". This warranty is in effect from the date of sale to the original purchaser as indicated on the warranty registration.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover the following:

1. Any parts and or labour costs incurred in connection with required or recommended maintenance service as outlined in the Owner's Manuals.

2. Normal maintenance services such as carburetor tune-up, replacement of filters, lubricants or gaskets and other such services and/or normal wear items such as bulbs, control cables, tubes, tires brake shoes, contact breaker points, spark plugs, chains and sprockets.

3. Damage or failures resulting from: accidents, theft, fire or misuse, use of improper or dirty fuels or lubricants, use of non-originals parts, alterations, tampering or improper repair.

Note of Buyer Responsibility: Buyer must properly maintain product and routinely check fluids and inspect product to ensure all equipment is in proper operating condition and all fasteners are secure before each ride. Buyer also acknowledges that he or she is qualified to operate product, and is in proper physical condition to participate in such activity. Buyer also agrees to assume all risks when operating or allowing others to operate his or her product. If buyer does not feel capable of operating the product, he or she must find professional training for such activity.

Return Policy

Can I return or trade-in my sport vehicle? All sales are final unless product is faulty. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or trade-ins except for the conditions listed below.

What if my item has a manufacturer defect? We are not the manufacturer; however, we are willing to replace defective parts in accordance with the warranty stated above.

What if I want a refund instead of a replacement due to a manufacturer defect? If a refund is requested instead of a replacement we will charge a 25% restocking fee plus customer must pay return shipping charges. We can accept returns on the grounds of manufacturer defects ONLY, within 3 days of the day you receive your product, provided the item is in 100% new condition. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) All items must be returned in their original packaging. You must include with your return all original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents, packaging, and accessories. You will be charged for the replacement cost of any missing items. All returns must meet the following terms in order to be eligible for a full refund Items must be returned in 100% new, resalable condition Returns must include all packaging materials, instruction sheets, and manuals. Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged All manuals and warranty registration cards must be returned in unmarked condition Return shipment must contain original invoice or copy of original invoice. Prior to any return, you must obtain authorization from a customer service representative. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted, replaced, or refunded.

When will my order be shipped? Once payment is received via credit card payment or credit approval, your order will be shipped within 2-3 days if all items you ordered are available.

How do I know when to expect delivery? Once your order is shipped you will receive an email containing your order's tracking number and the name and contact information of the shipping company. What is the time in transit to my location? It will take approximately 2-7 business days depending on the location shipped to. Days in transit do not include weekends and holidays. During holiday times delivery can take an additional 3-5 business days.

What if the product is damaged when I receive it? Merchandise must be fully inspected when it is received and any damages marked on the bill of lading. Claims for merchandise damaged in transit are to be settled between the shipping company and customer unless other arrangements are made by contacting us..
